SHOOT: The best advice seems to me to be to us in the Southern Hemisphere. Get plenty of sunshine (Vitamin D). As for me, I need to get exercising again as I've let it slip in the last few weeks. And I need to get some rest. Read below the fold for more.

Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods.
Get Enough Rest.
Have Effective Tools to Address Stress .
Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body.
Take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats like Krill Oil.
Wash Your Hands.
Eat Garlic Regularly.
Avoid Hospitals and Vaccines
