At about 6pm I did the Harrismith route (took about 47 minutes), and at 8pm I was at the gym. Swam 1.25 km, best 100m = 1.23.
Did some strength exercises.
Weight is exactly 85.00kg. Will see that figure drop to about 82-83kg by this time next month.
Also going to take up squash. The one thing I am not doing is cycling.
